Program Notebook Ad (2 available): Choose from (1) back outside cover OR (2) front inside cover and back inside cover. Ad can be corporate or product branded.
Exhibit Hall Map Sponsor (2 placements available): Product or corporate branded ad on the exhibit hall map flyers – both ads will be placed on the same flyer.

Meeting Bag (2 available): Corporate or product logos printed on meeting bags provided to all attendees so they can carry their materials – both logos will be placed on the same bag.
Meeting App Sponsor (2 available): Attract more attention before, during and after the meeting as sponsor of the official meeting app. The opening splash screen helps you to make a strong first impression; users will see this half screen promotion every time they open the app. Rotating messages help you attract more leads by displaying up to 3 different product or company banner ads per sponsor.

Emerging Startup Companies – $4,500

Your product isn’t quite ready for market, but you’re more than ready to share it with your target audience! We support our innovators need to be strategic with a sponsorship opportunity priced for emerging startup companies. Only valid for one year (during growth phase) then 10% booth discount potentially in year two (once product is approved) and full price booth thereafter.

Reservations and Payments

To reserve exhibit space, complete the online application which requires a 50% deposit. All payments must be made by credit card, check or draft drawn on a U.S. Bank made payable to “OSNNY/Retina Exhibits.” The balance is due on August 7, 2026; an invoice will be mailed 30 days prior to the due date.
