Emerging Startup Companies

Your product isn’t quite ready for market, but you’re more than ready to share it with your target audience! We support our innovators need to be strategic with a sponsorship opportunity priced for emerging startup companies. Only valid for one year (during growth phase) then 10% booth discount potentially in year two (once product is approved) and full price booth thereafter.

  • Website Listing: Sponsor logos listed by level on a dedicated page of the meeting website.

  • Meeting App Listing: Your company logo, name, mailing address, website phone number and 100-word description listed on a separate Emerging Startup Sponsors page in the official meeting app, historically downloaded by 95% of attendees. Used prior to the meeting to help plan their day, used onsite as a schedule guide and to follow along to presentations, and continue to be used after the meeting as a year-long resource.

  • Program Notebook Listing: Your company logo, name, mailing address, website phone number and 100-word description on a separate Emerging Startup Sponsors page of the program notebook given to all attendees upon check-in so they can take notes during sessions.

  • Signage Listing: All sponsor logos listed by category/level on Meeting Signage placed in the meeting space for all to see throughout the week.

  • PowerPoint Listing: All sponsor logos listed by category/level on a PowerPoint slide rotating in meeting room.
