6’x10′, 6’x20′ and 6’x30′ exhibits will be a part of our exhibitor interview promotional video! A representative from your booth will be interviewed by our exhibit staff and the video will play on a loop in the meeting space.

Reservations and Payments

To reserve exhibit space, complete the online application which requires a 50% deposit. All payments must be made by credit card, check or draft drawn on a U.S. Bank made payable to “Healio LIVE.” The balance is due on October 12, 2026; an invoice will be mailed 30 days prior to the due date.
