What’s Included?

  • Exhibit space Thursday through Saturday (no hours on Sunday)

  • All booths equipped with 8′ backdrop and 3′ side draperies; the basic rate includes: perimeter watchman/security guard, daily cleaning of aisles, general lighting, ventilation and a 7″ x 44″ two line identification sign

Reservations and Payments

To reserve exhibit space, complete the online application which requires a 50% deposit. All payments must be made by credit card, check or draft drawn on a U.S. Bank made payable to “RWC Exhibits.” The balance is due on March 1, 2027; an invoice will be mailed 30 days prior to the due date.
